Upward Mobility

Elyot is becoming more upright and more mobile! He can really sit up to play now--especially if it involves Jackson.

He can also crawl everywhere--especially if it involves his gentle friend Ben.

Piper is also playing a part in Elyot's development by showing him how to get outside by himself...

...and encouraging him to pull up to stand just after his 8 month birthday!

Now standing is one of his favourite activities.

More Food Forays

Elyot is really enjoying food these days. He smacks his lips to tell us he would like to eat, just like Jackson did as a baby.

On Mother's Day, we went to Juliet's and he sat in a high chair and joined in with the meal for the first time.

Elyot really enjoys eating yogurt in the afternoons.

And he's even tried some finger foods, including some banana bread yesterday!
